As an integral part of Rich Ritual Weddings, you will play a crucial role in creating luxury and unforgettable wedding experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass various key areas including venue booking, event management, vendor sourcing, client relationship management, and telecalling to ensure seamless execution of weddings primarily in Goa and other destination locations.
In terms of venue booking and deal finalization, you will be tasked with identifying and shortlisting wedding venues, particularly in Goa, negotiating rates and packages with venue managers, and facilitating smooth confirmations through client site visits.
Event management will be a core aspect of your role, where you will oversee end-to-end planning and execution, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure the adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards for delivering exceptional event experiences.
Your expertise in vendor sourcing and coordination will be vital as you establish and maintain a reliable network of vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendor performance meets the desired expectations across various services such as florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainers.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for understanding their vision, addressing queries, providing regular updates, and ensuring that their requirements are met throughout the planning process to maintain strong client relationships.
Furthermore, your role will involve telecalling potential clients, generating interest in our services, scheduling meetings, and diligently following up to convert leads into confirmed bookings. It is essential to possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and fluency in Konkani, along with prior experience in event planning, vendor management, telecalling, or client servicing.
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably based in Goa or nearby regions with a deep understanding of the local event and venue landscape. Candidates with strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the wedding industry will thrive in this role. Prior experience in the wedding or destination wedding industry, as well as telecalling, sales, or business development, will be advantageous.
