1. Venue Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of daily venue operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and customer service
- Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and welcoming for all visito
r.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and maintena
ne.
2. Team Manageent:
- Lead, train, and supervise venue staff, including ball boys and other sup
port taff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll an
d attedance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting team developme
nt andmorale.
3. Customer Eperience:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and compl
aints profssionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase
customer stisfaction.
- Handle on-ground bookings and assist with the b
ooking systm as need
ed.
4. Even Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, and s
pecial activitis at the venue.
- Work closely with event organizers and other stakeholders to e
nsure successfulevent execution.
- Promote events and activities to attract participans
