The Lodge Auckland is on the hunt for an inspirational leader willing to go above and beyond for our guests, creating amazing dining experiences.
At least three years of relevant experience in similar role in a restaurant and/or premium bar environment. A very good understanding of the responsible service of alcohol. A good POS understanding, food and beverage menu comprehension.
Premium dining service skills are paramount and wine, spirits and beer knowledge a bonus.
New team, premium location and great operating hours.
