The Role.
As a Leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly. From ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day to day operations, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage stock, inventory, and venue operations
Support the Venue Leader with rostering, training, and team development
Drive key metrics – labour, COGs, P&L
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
What we’re looking for:
Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR is a bonus!)
A positive, can do attitude and love for teamwork
Skills in KPI management, training, and rostering
Organised, proactive, and always up for a challenge!
