I created a Google Business Profile for CLEAN IT ANNA, a registered house cleaning service in Ontario, Canada. Since the business doesn’t have a physical storefront, I set it up as a service-area business when creating the profile. However, shortly after setting up the account, it was suspended for "deceptive content."
The business is legitimate and properly registered, and no deceptive actions were taken. We appealed the suspension and submitted the business registration documents, but the appeal was denied without any explanation. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to appeal again.
