Running the analytics for the Bank s partnership programs to enable credit assessment and decisioning on partner customers
Managing the monitoring of models built and run by CRAIN team

Managing partnership Programs from CRAIN
Managing a suite of partnerships
Ensuring close co-ordination with other functions in the Bank to help achieve specific Key objectives given by the Senior Management which involves Analytics involvement.
Driving product risk strategy for all the Retail asset products of the Bank with the help of segmentation, statistical/financial models. The unit is also responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of these modelsin order to ensure tangible benefits for the bank
Model Monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of models including tracking developments in the industry and the models to identify weaknesses early and work with CRAIN and RCSC teams in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever required.
Educational Qualifications
Key Skills
MBA (Statistics) /CA/FRM/CFA
Strong technical & analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Excel modeling skills.
Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Understanding of accounting principles and Regulatory Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of competition & current trends in financial Industry.
Experience Required
• Experience of 10+ years in areas described above
Major Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)
