Job Description:
• Business strategy and planning Scan the market across the Banks( PSU, PSU1, Pvt and HDFC) to understand segment growth potential of each banks and its branches Geo region-wise and analyze historical performance, etc. to propose the targets for AOP for Geo Assigning and driving the Bank branch activation across the Region and maintaining the healthy market share across regions End-to-End coordination with Banca Vertical Heads / NC's for driving business, initiatives, campaigns and renewals across Geo locations to drive profitable business Supporting the team by providing inputs and monitoring team productivity on a regular basis to ensure maximum revenue from Banks Partners Analyze the customer segmentation in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc. to assess the potential for busines Maintaining of Banca related data like wallet share, loan book, potential business, across the regions. Connecting and meeting the Banks partners PAN INDIA along with ZH's/RH's/AH's/RSM to maintain the relationship, identify the business potential and drive the profitable portfolio.
2. Regional / Zonal review
• Monitoring the key metrics to evaluate performance of the team and conduct regular reviews against defined metrics
• Engaging with team to discuss issues/ challenges faced and provide solutions to address/ resolve them
• Conducting periodic reviews with Bank partners to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering business.
• Identify system/ process improvement required to support team in smooth delivery of their responsibilities
• Continuously interact with the underwriting team especially for review of proposals/ risk assessment of tie-ups
• Connect with COE team on operational challenges and provide support/solutions to it
• Training and servicing Understand the needs of Bank partners in terms of explaining the products, customer-product mapping etc. and assisting the ZH's/RH's/RSM/ASM to drive the same. Identify the issues behind escalated queries related to post sales services (claims, policy documents etc.) to resolve and fix the gap Attend Bank partner's meetings to maintain relationship, understand their needs and expectations and resolve any issues Identify cross-sell opportunities to partners to generate more revenue through bundling/stapling other insurance products
• Team development Identify the manpower gap to drive the bank business and proposing the manpower requirement to respective ZH's/RH's/RSM/ASM based on the potential. Conduct gap analysis of training needs of employees (understanding of products, pitching for long term polices etc.) to plan specific training programs Guide and mentor ZH's/RH's/AH's/ASM PAN INDIA to endure productivity norms and SLA are meet.
Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team
Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years of work experience Thorough understanding of Banca relationship and driving Banca Business and its dynamics Experience of managing large team / regional / geography
Desirable Skills:
1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language
