Job Description Job Purpose - 1. Drive direct to Customer Campaign Revenue for liability products – CASA, Insurance, Investments 2. Manage and guide the team members to drive business objectives, campaign strategy, customer centric approaches to segmentation and omni channel campaign roll out through digital solutioning (digital acquisition investment, saving ac, FD , Demat etc) 3. Driving synergies across team and driving team to have an analytical approach for solutions in customer targeting and segmentation, contextualization of communication as well as optimization of channel / processes 4. Drive and enable team to comprehend the analytical feed for further customer micro segmentation , personalization and omni channel roll out 5. Driving and ensuring participation from team members for Innovative and creative experimentation to bring a lift in campaign run rates 6. Complete team management along with set-up of tight review mechanisms focusing on improved business impact, professional growth, skill development and adherence of campaign discipline/norms by the team members 7. Expertise in campaign management tool & omni-channel campaigns. Drive business objectives - 1. Understand business objectives for assigned portfolio(s)/product(s) and set-up targets for self as well as team members in line with the same 2. Direct the team into achieving the targets set with extreme focus on customer centricity & delight 3. Drive & achieve revenue targets by way of lead generation & end-to-end tracking of the same until conversion 4. Demonstrate growth hacking mindset by pushing for constant experimentation & learning to drive incremental numbers 5. Achieve incremental campaign revenue target set. Improved campaign efficiency - 1. Bring about process and analytical improvements to support the team in achieving higher campaign efficiencies 2. Direct the team towards a test & learn approach 3. Enable omni-channel scale-up of working actions and optimize the funnel for conversion 4. Track and Improve customer journey experiences across the Funnel and website 5. Strategize Top/Mid and Bottom Funnel Marketing 6. Regular review of reports on Analytics tools as well as MISs to identify nuances and inculcate a strong monitoring culture within the team. Leadership and Mentoring - 1. Hire, train and mentor campaign managers for driving revenues 2. Provide support to team members with high-level expertise in functional as well as personality developmental areas. Lead Innovation - 1. Teach, lead, and counsel colleagues on new techniques or solutions 2. Continually research current and emerging trends, new products and offering in the market, and propose new changes where needed.
