Job Description
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance during formulation of Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the training function
• Engage in the annual budgeting exercise as per the training agenda for the year
• Enable training needs identification and ensure periodic trainings for all stakeholders – VO employees as well as agents etc
to ensure everyone is up to date with product and process advancements
• Formulate learning roadmap for various levels in the function – , Virtual Office , One two One , Emerging growth and Sky RM, channel Employees
• Design and Execution of Instructor Lead and Digital learning Interventions
• Work in collaboration with the Central L&D team to design certain learning interventions
• Working in collaboration with Virtual Office , One two One , Emerging growth and Sky RM, teams in creating and delivering various projects and initiatives proposed as a part of AOP
• Manage calendar and Roll out of Induction programs for new Virtual Office Heads every month
• Oversee training materials and suggest improvements
• Design and roll out HIPO programs to build the requisite talent pool for key positions within the VO Channel
• Design and roll out digital learning interventions for the VO function to be consumed through mobile, web and tabs
• Roll out specialized programs that align with the strategy of the channel to build critical technical knowledge and skills e.g
Non Motor Program for agents
• Training delivery for select trainings for Cluster Heads, Virtual Office Heads and top agents
• Regularly create new learning assets for consumption
• Analytics and review
• Review analytics for learning engagement and training effectiveness regularly
• Use insights from analytics to make alterations to the program design and content for better outcomes
• Provide analytics to Cluster Heads and Zonal Heads for their teams to improve VOHs learning engagement
• Provide analytics to Zonal In-charges, Are In-Charges and Team Leaders of One 2 One Channel to improve FOS
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews with function head and own team
• Vendor Management
• Identify and evaluate suitable vendor partners for various learning engagements
• Negotiate costs, partnership terms as well as scope of work, for best possible arrangement for the learning intervention
• Explore new partners from time to time to bring newer learning practices
• Launch and roll out Train the Trainer program for vendor trainers to ensure smooth onboarding and effective delivery of the program
• Regular and periodic review with vendors
• Team development
• Identify the right talent for various positions within the function and onboard them
• Evaluate team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
• Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performance
