Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Wall Vertical Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks with a focus on vertical formwork work. This role requires proficiency in PERI Formworks and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools.
Duties
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, PERI Formworks System and other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
Be able to design wall formwork arrangement and pre-fabricate on site
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Conduct heavy lifting as required during the construction process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Rigging work with crane operator for hoisting and placing vertical formwork
Involve and supervise in concrete pouring and placing to vertical formwork
Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately follow project plans.
Strong skills in installation techniques for various building components.
Experience with PERI Formworks Wall (TRIO and Maximo) System
Supervise a team of 5 or 10 people to achieve project schedule and material cycle from installing formwork, concrete placing to stripping formwork
Competence in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
Strong rigging and communication skills
Capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for construction tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
