We provide expertise in design, specifying, tendering, project management, service, modernization, inspection, and traffic analysis for elevators, escalators, and moving walks. Our consultancy serves vertical transportation needs for high-rise buildings, commercial and residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, malls, airports, and metro railways.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vertical transportation ( Elevators & Escalator) Design Consultant located in Mumbai. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing solutions to real estate developers for vertical transportation. Responsibilities include use of software for lift analysis, preparing reports, technical tender document, reviewing technical drawings, bid evaluation, negotiations, compliance of design to applicable codes and standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients/ architects to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively on-site with clients and team members Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical or a related field is beneficial Experience Freshers.0 to 2 years
