Job description
Job Title : Site Supervisor
- Interior fitout
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the project sites to assure an unobstructed progress of the project.And He/She must have a knowledge of 3D/2D Drawings and able to make a project timeline sheet.
Location :As per Project.(Mostly Navi Mumbai)
Job Type : Full Time
Responsibilities :
- Site visit for recce and all other measurement.
- Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers
- Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.
- Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Manager.
- To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to internal PMC deptt. to ensure timely completion of project site.
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
- Make daily site reports
- Attend twice meeting weekly
- Control and monitor labour, material and equipments and all related matters.
- Act as the link between architects, interior designers and contractor workers
- Make suggestions and recommendations for repair
- Coordinate with Purchase, Logistic and Workshop Team to ensure delivery of products
- Coordinate with PMC, H.O. & Accounts Team.
- Professional experience in designing interior of Apartments, Bunglows, retail stores, buildings, corporate offices etc.
- The applicant should be proficient in understanding AUTO CAD /3D - 2D Drawings/Enscape /Revitt drawings and execution of work according to them. (Optional).
Qualification:

Diploma in civil Engg./Interior designing.
ANY GRADUATE with adequate experience in interior designing supervision work can also apply.
Experience:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (Depends upon experience and expertise)
Schedule:
- Day shift.

Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 52 per week
