Graphic Design Faculty Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering curriculum content, guiding students through various design projects, providing mentorship, and conducting assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver curriculum content to meet the needs of students
• Guide students through design projects, providing constructive feedback and support
• Mentor students to help them achieve their full potential
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Graphic Design, Typography, and Layout skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Digital Media, Branding, and Interactive Design
• Excellent Presentation, Mentorship, and Communication skills
• Ability to inspire and guide students through creative processes
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Prior teaching experience in a design institute or relevant field is a plus

2. Great at traditional and visual communication

4. Able to take direction and push a project with mínimal supervision
5. Is able to positively absorb criticism about their work
• Key Skills:
1. A good explainer animation portfolio that stands out.
2. The ability to efficiently generate good quality output.
3. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects.
3. Proficient in motion graphic animation techniques.
4. Willingness to be a part of multiple projects simultaneously.
5. A positive attitude and goal orientated.
6. Organized work style.
7. Collaborate with the design department.
8. Knowledge of 2D / 3D animation techniques.
9. Input music, graphics, and effects.
• Requirements:
1. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communications and 4 years of experience in a creative role.
2. Strong skills in typography, graphic design, and layout.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Be open to feedback, and willing to make changes to designs.
5. Understand brand consistency, have an excellent eye for detail, and be able to strictly follow brand guidelines.
6. Have a flexible approach when working in a team.

8. Be highly organized and capable of proactively handling projects given the correct guidance, and be able to work closely with key members of the team.
