experienced and dynamic Sales Associate with a strong background in the hotel and

- Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Sales:

Lead Generation & Sales Growth:

- Proactively follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat

- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and ensure seamless
service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships, ensuring ongoing loyalty and satisfaction from clients.
Product Knowledge & Upselling:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all Chippy services and offerings to accurately advise clients
and propose additional services.
- Upsell relevant products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay current with hospitality industry trends and competitors to offer competitive and relevant
solutions to clients.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly track, report, and analyse sales metrics, including targets, performance, and client
feedback.
- Identify new opportunities for sales growth based on market insights and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Collaboration with Operations & Marketing:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely
fulfilment of client requests.
- Partner with the marketing team to share client insights, enhance sales materials, and refine
marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content to engage clients effectively.

- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a
related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
