Qualifications
• Proficiency in COBOL programming, coding, and debugging
• Experience in system maintenance and automation
• Familiarity with AI advancements and their integration with legacy systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in consulting services is a plus
