What's required of you:
Strong relationship management, client engagement, and interpersonal skills Expertise in insurance processes, including policy design, risk assessment, claim management, and renewals Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for customized insurance solutions development Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Educational background in business, insurance, or a related field; professional insurance certifications are advantageous Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, particularly in client relations, is highly preferred
