In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild agility across the platform while enabling teams to deliver value to the business and our customers with speed and qualityDrive mindset changes including within the leadership team in business and technology and build Agile leaders, by increasing the understanding and value of being Agile while being empathetic to the needs of executives to meet delivery demands and therefore creating contextualized/customized Agile practices for the teamPartner with the Platform Leadership (including Engineering, Architecture and SRE) to co-create an Agile Transformation Roadmap that brings about a holistic transformation to software development and product roll-out (instead of focusing on just a few Agile frameworks) and drive the execution of the roadmapDefine and implement organizational and team structures that supports and increases the adoption of Agile ways of working, improves communication and collaboration and removes silos and interdependenciesEnable the creation of best-in-class product engineering teams that move from a Project to a Product mindset and where business and technology co-own the product experience by understanding the value and impact of what is being builtEnable the team to move towards continuous improvement demonstrated by key Agile software delivery metrics, outcomes and product deliveryIncrease transparency and visualization of the flow of work in the teams, enabling better prioritization, adaptive planning leading to a shortened lead time of quality Product deliveryCoach the business (product owners and product managers) to adopt best practices that leads to teams having visibility and clarity of Product Roadmap and Product BacklogIncrease the coaching capability within the teams and organization through Scrum Masters, Agile Delivery Leaders and other champions of Agile to make Agile adoption a sustainable practiceCollaborate with other coaches to create a unified approach to Agile transformation across the organizationCreate trainings / other capability uplift programs and Communities of practice to foster a culture of learning and growth in the organizationRequirementsProven track record of successfully transforming organizations to adopt Agile ways of working and hands-on experience leading/mentoring Agile teamsDiverse experience of having worked with different organizations and industries to bring in outside-in thinking5 years of firsthand Agile coaching large-scale, cross-functional, geographically distributed teamsStrong understanding of software delivery & execution and experience working with Technology teamsHands-on knowledge of visualization tools such as JIRA (or other similar such tools)Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skillsIntegrity, Dependability, Adaptability, Collaborative, Leadership and Persistence
