The Agility Tools Lead, Vice President will help manage enterprise Agility tools for Chase Card Services, build tool knowledge and content, partner with the Chase-wide Agility tools team to establish enterprise standards, design Card Services specific standards, collaborate with Agility partner areas to understand tooling opportunities, and drive overarching Agility tools uplift to continuously adapt and evolve the organization. As an Agility Tools Lead you understand how beneficial the effective usage of Agility tools like Jira, Jira Align, financial planning tools, whiteboarding tools, etc. can be to the success of planning and delivery.

The Agility Tools Lead will be a part of the Card Agility Office. The Card Agility Office is a collection of Agility leaders who will partner with the Chase Card Services leaders and teams across Product, Technology, Design, and Data in improving delivery practices in a healthy and sustainable way. Our goal is to help the organization deliver more consistently and with higher quality while keeping a focus on customer needs and the employee experience. Agility is a means to this end, Agility is not the goal.

Job Responsibilities:
Own and effectively manage Agility tools and standards for the Chase Card Services business. Key tools include Jira, Jira Align, and internal financial planning tools. New tools may be introduced over time as advised by the Chase-wide tools team and this role.
Work with Scrum Masters, the Portfolio Office, and other Agility Leaders to design effective tool practices across all levels of the organization to support organizational effectiveness and delivery - including with process enablers (Risk, Compliance, Planning, Metrics, Reporting, and other partner teams)
Operate as an internal consultant to build relationships across the organization to gain deep understanding of stakeholder needs and collaboratively design ways the tools can be used to solve these problems
Proactively identify, understand, and design education approaches to uplift Card Services-wide understanding of how the tools are used in our business
Partner with leaders across the Chase Card Services organization to address systemic challenges and local optimizations that hinder end-to-end effectiveness and collaboration
Exhibit a deep-passion for continuous learning andprovide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization,beyond the team and line of business, and facilitate classes, workshops, and sharing events as needed for each tool
Influence others to pursue improvement opportunities, implement a recommended course of action, or accept recommendations/ideas
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

10+ years of experience within an enterprise product or technology environment
5+ years of experience in Jira/Jira Align and enterprise Agility practices
3+ years of experience in managing Agility tools at scale (for 25+ teams) preferred
Ability to create engaging customized content for varying audience types and needs
Strong comprehension of scaled agile delivery frameworks and patterns
Certification in agile delivery frameworks (preferred) or agile coaching (preferred)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
