Focus :
Large Corporates & Conglomerates
Purpose :
The incumbent will be responsible for promotion of business from Non-Japanese Corporate accounts in West India; to acquire new relationships and to manage existing relationships. The role also involves working with other corporate banking staff to promote various banking products to the customers.
Role &
Responsibilities:
Establish business relationships with new clients to increase the bank's profits.
Achieve bank's profitability target including Assets / Liabilities / New Customers / Cross Sales target assigned to the team and individuals.
Deepen the business with existing customers by proactively scouting for additional business opportunities by increasing the sales of credit (fund based/non-fund based), international trade & liabilities business including cash flow business.
Performing credit analysis/monitoring of new and existing clients
Supervise preparation of credit applications / credit grading / self-assessment for assigned clients.
Focus on Bank's coverage of customers by increasing cross sales of trade products including FX inflows/outflows, LC, BG, Bill Discounting, Export Finance, Cash Management and Account Services of the Bank, Treasury services including remittances and hedges, Project Finance and Structured Finance products and any other products that provide appropriate solution to Customer needs.
Actively follow the ESG principles and achieve ESG objectives of the Bank.
In conjunction with seniors, meet potential clients and support marketing activities.
Understand and maintain internal compliance requirements and upgrade regulation related knowledge in strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
