RNS Group is looking to onboard a Vice President – Finance to lead its finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s long-term financial strategy.
This is a leadership role for a seasoned finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, governance, risk management, and business growth.
• *Role Overview :**
As VP – Finance, you will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director and Board. You will drive financial strategy, strengthen internal controls, manage capital and liquidity, and support strategic initiatives including growth planning, banking relationships, and M&A.
• *Key Responsibilities :**
• Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure robust financial reporting, compliance, audits, and tax filings (GAAP / IFRS)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund mobilisation
• Handle banking relationships, loan renewals, documentation, and finance arrangements
• Drive risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance finance team
• Support investor relations, board presentations, and external stakeholder communication
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
• *Ideal Candidate Profile :**
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Strong background in NBFC / financial services / structured finance environments
• Expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, cash flow management, and risk
• Proven experience working with banks, lenders, auditors, and investors
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• *Qualifications :**
• CA with MBA/PGDM (Finance) preferred
• Strong command over ERP systems and financial tools
• *Compensation :**
₹20 – ₹25 LPA (commensurate with experience)
