Position Summary: The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Entigrity, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance team, providing direction and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support Entigrity’s growth objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial partners.
• Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and key metrics, providing insights to the executive team.
• Ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation and integration.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
