Our client is a global entertainment & hospitality operator with offices in the United States (Chicago) and the United Kingdom who are looking to hire a Vice President of Finance. The company has grown rapidly in recent years with a superbly executed strategy in numerous locations. The role will drive the performance of the business and report into the Global CFO. As Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance activities and driving successful continued growth of the function. This position will be driving performance and profitability, being an effective business partner to non-finance especially. In particular, with the Sales and Marketing Directors to build continued growth within the business. You will play a critical part in the shaping of the finance function for the future and be an integral part of the senior leadership team.
You will be accountable for developing the data and analytics for the business, you will also be expected to be an effective partner and interact heavily with the CEO, the board and other senior leadership. This position will commercially and strategically support decision making across the organisation. You will be expected to lead and develop this area – including potential hiring - making changes and improvements where necessary to grow the team.
The Vice President of Finance role will be based in Chicago. The role will offer a highly attractive and competitive base salary; an annual bonus scheme; a superb long term incentive plan (equity) which would be significant; Medical coverage and minor benefits.
