We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting I to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds.
Preparation of 1st draft Management accounts for both simple and complex transactions. Management accounts will include typically trial balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet for review by team members.
Requires data gathering from source systems and detailed analysis of the transactions to ensure accurate bookings are made in the accounting system.
Liaises with other internal parties as necessary for validation of transactions where issues are noted.
Ensure accuracy of reports and ensure deadlines are met.
Provides guidance and reviews work of junior team members.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
