The Vice President – Higher Education at MSM Unify is a strategic business leadership role responsible for building and scaling the higher education portfolio globally. This includes overseeing all aspects of client relationship management, solution design, growth strategy, and revenue generation for higher education institutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the education ecosystem and a passion for delivering transformative solutions that support institutional success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

Own and drive the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the higher education vertical under MSM Unify.
Define and execute a robust go-to-market (GTM) strategy targeting universities, colleges, and government education bodies.
Identify new business opportunities, build the value proposition, and lead high-value client pursuits.
Client Relationship Management:

Develop trusted relationships with university leadership (Presidents, Provosts, Registrars, CIOs) to identify institutional needs and co-create impactful solutions.
Act as a strategic advisor to institutions, helping them navigate operational, digital transformation, and recruitment challenges.
Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction by delivering exceptional outcomes and services.
Product & Solution Innovation:

Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to design, enhance, and customize tech-enabled services and solutions tailored to the higher education market.
Support institutions in areas such as student lifecycle management, digital transformation, operational excellence, internationalization, and academic innovation.
Translate market needs and trends into scalable solutions and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with internal teams including Strategy, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Delivery to align objectives and deliver client success.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely implementation, compliance, and quality standards.
P&L Ownership:

Own the P&L for the higher education business line, ensuring strong financial health, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI on initiatives.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and optimize resource utilization across teams and projects.
Industry Visibility & Thought Leadership:

Represent MSM Unify at global higher education conferences, panels, and policy forums.
Build MSM Unify’s profile as a leader in higher education transformation through thought leadership, publications, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor global trends in higher education to anticipate client needs and ensure MSM Unify remains a market leader.
Qualifications:

12–18 years of experience in higher education, consulting, edtech, or institutional partnerships with leadership responsibilities.
Strong experience in solutioning, client relationship management, and executive-level engagement in the higher education space.
Proven track record of growing and scaling education services, products, or platforms globally.
Deep understanding of institutional governance, academic operations, student services, and digital education ecosystems.
