About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, HR for Global Transformation and Organization Effectiveness. This strategic role is pivotal in aligning and driving transformative people initiatives on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enabling HR transformation and organizational strategy, leading change management processes, and overseeing the integration of optimal people strategies to meet regional and business-specific needs. The role also involves leading the organization's effectiveness and change management strategies, including enterprise listening and diagnostics, and building and continuously improving the company's transformation and organizational effectiveness toolkits.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15-20 years' of experience in HR generalist roles and strategic HR business partnering, with a proven track record in global, matrixed environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading HR strategic and transformational initiatives, as well as expertise in organizational design, and culture-building. Key responsibilities include leading a direct team of change, project, and engagement practitioners, and collaborating with global and regional people analytics teams to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, who can work across a globally matrixed HR organization and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic and operational HR challenges.
