Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from tier 1 institute in India
Relevant Experience
Total work experience of 18-22 years having exposure Application delivery. Experience in banking industry is preferable.
Functional Competencies
Excellent knowledge of Application life cycle
Excellent in Project Management , resource management, budget control, project risk management and quality assurance
Team and stake holder management
Aliened to business and set right business expectation
First time right approach
Vendor management
Cost optimization
Application security
Stay up-to-date on current IT regulations and trends
Ensure compliance of all control procedures and policies
Manage development operation
Experience within an IT Products and Services available in the market
Behavioral Competencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to perform gracefully in multitasking project environment with attention to detail
Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with different teams with minimal supervision
Maintain relation with all stake holder in order to achieve goals within the framework
