Job Description
Manage and help develop intelligent platforms that use data and insights to drive
meaningful and relevant customer engagement in the app and website.

Enhance and utilise existing marketing, campaign and engagement platforms to
deliver insight let messaging, leading to lift in customer metrics
Drive the development of new platforms with product and tech, that are anchored
around context and data.
Ensure maximum utilisation of all features in available engagement platform
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear

Work with region and product to enhance Intelligent Banking Mandate in areas for
CBG (Consumer Banking Group)
Develop data-led nudges to drive product penetration for the customers within
digibank app and derive incremental revenue
Enable smart engagement with hyper personalized customer specific app insights
based on customer journey and transaction activity
With an ear to the ground, understand customer behavior & new age banking patterns
in Fintech (esp. Neo banking) space and drive such innovations for digibank app
Consistently enhance user journeys with a focus on increasing customer engagement
for the intelligent banking initiative
Manage the experience builder (Content Management System) to enhance existing
insights from a UI / UX perspective
Working closely with the regional on the operational aspects of publishing new
insights which include (arrangement of data, testing and deployment)
Publish Monthly reports
Look for anomalies in the data (Customer verbatim feedback / engagement metrics)
and take preemptive action to address any issues around data and logic
Required Experience:
Non-technical Experience
Strong academic background
Should be self -motivated and adaptable.
Should possess a creative bent of mind and should be a strategic thinker.
Should be focused and well organized
Technical Experience
10-15 years of experience in Digital Asset Management and development
Should have full understanding of applications of Digital Media / Martech
solutions
Familiarity with MySQL, Adobe and APIs
Ability to communicate complex Ideas and work with cross functional teams
including Data, Tech and UI/UX.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Education / Preferred Experience
MBA / B.Tech or equivalent degree is preferred.
Prior Working experience of Product Development and familiarity with concepts of
Design thinking is must
