VP - investment banking
experience - 5-10yrs less than 5 yrs are not acceptable
Responsibilities:
- End to End Role - deal origination, execution and transaction closure
- Preparation of information memorandums, financial models and pitch decks
- Assisting the senior team on M&A/ fund raising transactions which will involve the following:
o Originating the client and pitching to them
o Preparing marketing collaterals for investors. Key thing here would be to make the right pitch to investors which will also involve participating in ideating sessions with the management team
Skills sets required:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business, strategic and financial strengths/ weaknesses of companies
- Strong ability to understand and interpret financial statements and performing valuation analysis
- Hunger to learn and self-motivated
