Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic investment banking associate or VP who is looking to join one of the leading M&A advisory teams in the industry.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Lead transaction implementation across our focus industry groups and play key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process
• Initiate new client relationships with privately-held business owners, publicly traded companies, and PE firms and expand the business in our focus industries.
• Develop, foster, and maintain client relationships during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt, & Equity expertise
• Taking primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions.
• Investment banking coverage of corporate and private equity clients, including pitching and structuring
• Conceptualize, organize and deliver new marketing & business presentations.
• Perform extensive valuations, pricing analysis, and industry research.
• Monitor financial analysis and modeling.
• Mentor and Train Investment Banking Analysts and Associates
• Oversee client presentations, proposals, engagement letters term sheets, legal agreements, and offer memorandums.
Key Job Skills Required:
• 5+ years of Investment Banking/ M&A experience.
• Sell-side M&A Transaction Experience.
• Excellent analytic and modeling skills
• Strong client management skills
• Team player and ability to work independently as well
• Strong technical and communication skills
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance (M.Sc./M.B.A./P.G.D.M.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering, or a related field from top-tier schools
• CFA Level 3 is a plus
• Consumer Sector experience with middle-market transaction experience is a huge plus.
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
