Job Description
We are hiring candidates with minimum 8 years experience in Private Equity/ Debt syndication / Mergers and Acquisition skill sets. The role is focussed on transaction advisory execution.
§ Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling;
§ Monitoring market trends and closely tracking sectors to support investment / divestment making decisions;
§ Constantly developing and renewing industry / sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes;
Qualifications/Capabilities:
§ Strong academic track record. Top-tier MBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
§ At least 8 years working experience with an investment bank, strategy consulting, corporate finance or M&A;
§ Strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, a logical and systematic thought process, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements;
§ Strong communication, interpersonal & team skills with an aptitude to develop / maintain relationships with relevant institutions;
§ Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
