Vice President, Java Fullstack Team Lead, Consumer Banking & Core Engine
We need a trong java hands on lead with sound technical capabilities to lead a team of talented engineers in our open stackproject.
Candidate should be able to independently arrive at architectural solutions for modern cloud applications
Able to manage teams work via regular reviews,feedback.
Able to get hands on code if necessary
Able to own and manage , resolve outages in applications
Able to provide solutions to mitigate outages in applications
Sound knowledge of devops and SRE
Sound working knowledge in all latest Java frameworks like Spring, Spring boot etc
Sound working knowledge in modern UI frameworks, React,Anugular etc..
Abel to manage teams work and mentor them.
Good people management experience.
