We're are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Vice Principal to join our esteemed institution, Gyanodaya SMVM Khurai. Established in 1987, our school, nestled in the heart of Khurai, Madhya Pradesh, spans across a sprawling 15-acre campus, offering both day school and boarding school facilities to 1200 students from grades 6 to 12.

We're seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8-10 years' teaching experience in English medium CBSE schools, possessing exemplary English communication skills.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8-10 years' teaching experience in CBSE English medium schools.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on academic excellence.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment procedures.
• Ability to mentor staff and foster a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement academic goals.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery in line with CBSE guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, resolving issues and nurturing community.
Remuneration Package:
Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and abilities.
Additional Benefits: Provided 2 BHK housing and meal options at the school mess.
