Legal - Wholesale banking
(Only Candidates with relevant experience in Banking shall be considered)
Minimum Post Qualification Experience - 12 years
1. Negotiation, Drafting and Vetting of Loan documents, NDA, Treasury and Derivatives related documents etc.
2. Negotiation, Drafting and Vetting of various types Vendor agreements
3. Negotiation, Drafting and Vetting of Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, letter of Intent, Premises Handover letters, Lease Termination letter etc for branch premises.
4. Examination of Title Search Document
5. Negotiation, Drafting and Vetting of Vehicle lease
6. Review of policies and procedure of Bank within the ambit of latest guidelines from Legal perspective
7. Inputs & sign off in New Product roll outs from Legal perspective
8. Research and Opinion work- interpretation of various laws/regulations/Acts etc
+. Vetting text of Bank Guarantees, Counter Guarantee, Letter of Credit and Stand by Letter of Credit at the time of issue.
10 Drafting and vetting the replies to the notices received from Law enforcement agencies, Advocates etc.
11. Vetting of non-standard loan documents//legal documents for the Branches.
12. Negotiate the legal terms with the Customers/Borrowers
13. Any other work assigned by Department Head
