Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.-en
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the quality of the deliverables and budget
• Responsible for improving the productivity of the team members
• Able to mentor and lead a team of diverse people
• Should be able to manage the end-to-end delivery of large applications
• Should be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders, effectively
Requirements
• The person should have more than 15+ years of experience in Software application development
• He/she should Financial domain experience and relevant technologies for more that 5+ years
• Should have hand-on experience in Murex Reporting area
• He/should have excellent delivery experience in SDLC methodologies, especially, in Agile
