Here at SharkNinja we are looking for a Vice President (VP) to lead a global team of talented Product Design and Mechanical Engineers. We are seeking a true NPD Leader who can direct and govern the design process leading teams through innovation and detailed development of robust consumer-centric concepts, architectures, and technologies that will become the next generation SharkNinja products.
The role requires you to work seamlessly with our Global team of product developers to deliver consumer-focused concept product design ideas and lead those and your team through each development phase to Mass Production.
You'll be a natural and effective communicator, capable of reducing abstract concepts to reality quickly and easily digestible for senior executive leadership
As the VP of NPD Engineering, you'll have the ability to lead a team to quickly generate visual and physical definitions of new products that convey key attributes of function and layout
It's important that you are self-motivated, passionate and product focused, with an obsessive eye for details and a drive to always make progress.
