Qualifications
Ability and desire to work ON SITE
CPG marketing experience within the last two years, marketing a physical product DTC that is not an established/household brand
5+ years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in an e-commerce, digital-first brand in a significant growth stage including revenues from $50- $150MM in annual revenue
Experience managing a marketing team responsible for over $1MM/month ad spend on Meta for one brand
Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis
Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model ‘fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)
