Vice President of Marketing Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Ability and desire to work ON SITE

• CPG marketing experience within the last two years, marketing a physical product DTC that is not an established/household brand

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in an e-commerce, digital-first brand in a significant growth stage including revenues from $50- $150MM in annual revenue

• Experience managing a marketing team responsible for over $1MM/month ad spend on Meta for one brand

• Expertise in Excel (SQL is a plus). Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis

• Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model ‘fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)

• Managing marketing budget and evaluate the performance
