Responsibilities

As a key executive, you will oversee critical initiatives, including customer relationship management, product marketing, sales process optimization, and international sales strategies

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, including Sourcing, and Merchants. Understand customer forecasts, order patterns, promotional periods, and holidays

⁠ ⁠Set expectations with brokers on forecasting, event reporting, competitive activity, and growth opportunities

⁠ ⁠Define and align sales and marketing strategies to meet market demands and customer needs

⁠ ⁠Oversee product launches, competitive analysis, sales tools, and general sales support

⁠ ⁠Manage the entire sales process, set performance metrics, and monitor the sales funnel

⁠ ⁠Develop competitive pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms for high-profile customers and channel partners

⁠ ⁠Lead marketing initiatives including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, and events

⁠ ⁠Conduct in-person visits to key accounts every six months, presenting business reviews, market trends, and new products

⁠ ⁠Work closely with finance and logistics to resolve pricing, chargebacks, and payment issues, providing a rolling 3- to 6-month forecast for each account

Our client, an international industrial company engaged in the production of medical products, is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead their US operations.

MUST Qualifications:
