We are expanding aggressively into the Delhi NCR region and need a sharp sales leader to own this market.

The Role

As our VP Sales & Marketing – Delhi NCR, you will be the face of CodeChatura in the region. You won't just manage a pipeline — you'll build it from scratch, own it end-to-end, and grow it into a revenue engine. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for someone who has done this before and wants to do it with real equity in the outcome.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the complete B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — across Colleges, Corporates, and HR Agencies in Delhi NCR
• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Delhi NCR region
• Develop institutional partnerships, MoUs, and long-term client relationships
• Lead digital and on-ground marketing initiatives for the region
• Represent CodeChatura at campus events, HR conclaves, and industry forums
• Report directly to the Founding Team with full autonomy on regional decisions

What We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of building and closing institutional deals in Delhi NCR
• Strong existing network with colleges, placement cells, HR heads, and corporate L&D teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this like your own business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• MBA preferred, but hustle and results matter more

Compensation:

Salary as per industry standards — deserving candidates, compensation is fully negotiable. Additionally, performance-linked profit sharing ensures you earn significantly more as the region grows. We believe in paying well for people who deliver.
