Basic Requirements :
1. Experience in Financial Sector.
2. Good at communication. Command over English.
3. Should have basic knowledge on understanding financials.
4. Experience in Back office management.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Back office management (as executive officer)
2. Co-ordination between India and foreign offices for Administration work.
3. Co-ordination with head office for reporting matters.
4. To support CEO's Office work whenever required
5. To support overall back office operation (Administration, HR, Accounting & Financials, Audit, Compliance, IT & Cybersecurity, etc.)
6. To support local office HR work. (Like: Recruitment, Evaluation, etc.)
7. To support business development related work if required
