Good FEMA experience.Qualifications Graduate , CA/ MBA with around 8 years of trade experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand Regulatory requirementsGood data management & presentation skillsAbility to work in a team and within stiff time deadlinesQuality conscious and having flair for constant process improvementWhat you can expectManaging the FEMA regulations related to Trade and Payments OperationsHandling Current Account & Capital Account follow-up and Reporting deskExperience of handling ECB/ODI/Trade Credit and ensure compliance with reporting.Responsible for ensuring adherence to laid down Compliance and Regulatory guidelinesResponsible for maintaining good rapport with internal & external clientsHands on with data management & generating MIS/Reports, as per the requirement.Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.What you will doYou will be one point contact for FEMA related queriesCoordinating with branches for internal and external audits for data requirements and responses on Cross Border RemittancesCoordination with branches on Remittances related initiatives / regulatory guidelinesHandling of RBI applications/letters and coordination with the regulatorLiaising with internal stakeholders such as Compliance /Product / Business teamLiaising with clients in handling of critical FEMA transactionsCoordination with Audit teams in handling of queries/observations raised
