Act as a nodal point for development & execution of overall business Sales Plan & Strategy framework for Domestic, Export & Trading business of various products to achieve business goals (short term & Long term) in terms of net sales volume, realization & Turnover.

• Business Planning and budgeting (Domestic, Export & Trading)
• Strategy execution Marketing (Domestic, Export & Trading business)
• Financial Planning- Credit, forex and fund Management (Domestic, Export & Trading business)

• Statutory / legal compliance (Domestic, Export & Trading business)
• Ocean and Port Logistics
• Market Information System & Development of sourcing base and cost effective logistic infrastructure for Trading business
• Customer Relationship & Team building and people management
• Managing marketing collaterals, social media and organising/managing/participating in events & conferences etc
