Vice President - Regulatory and Management Reporting Apply Now Jobnumber MGS02127 Closing date 05-Jul-2026 Job PurposeIFRS+ reporting
• End to End Management IFRS + ECL computation. Ensure ECL computation is compliant with IFRS + and CBUAE guidelines.
• Ensure management reporting to senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of IFRS + (for any new jurisdiction), including updates and changes to guidelines.
• Engage with the credit and analytics team on any changes in credit conditions and market volatility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for financial reporting and compliance.
• Managing ECL submissions to regulators and external auditors across all Mashreq jurisdictions.
• Take lead on responding to queries related to ECL & CRWA from various stakeholders within the bank.
• Engage in discussions with the external auditors across all Mashreq jurisdictions on regulatory aspects of ECL regulatory and financial reporting.
• Supervising preparation of financial disclosures related to ECL.
• Lead regulatory projects / system enhancements related to areas like ECL computation.
• Manage all other adhoc regulatory commitments to various Central Bank’s.
• Manage submissions to Rating agencies and other external parties.
