Mission
Global Microsoft ERP COE Finance O2C (Order To Cash) D365FO senior consultant
The Finance O2C senior consultant is a value optimizer, focusing on maximizing the value of the product through effective Product Backlog management and prioritization.
SoDynamiX solution built on Microsoft D365F&O ERP is aiming at delivering one of the two targeted ERPs (Full stack, cross FOOD/Supply and finance areas), as well as being the Sodexo FOOD Management system across the world in the next 10 years to come.
Through his expertise of the solution coupled with his knowledge of the 02C finance business processes, he is responsible for challenging the System integrator solutions, validating the core solution fits D365 best practices for Sodexo business requirements (reviewing and validating core requirements analysis/design) and ensuring the core model consistency.
He also participates in the needs’ assessments and cost benefit analysis with the business process owners. He has a key role in the design authority to review and challenge the decks to be presented to ERP program management for arbitration.
• He reports to the Finance Product owner within the MS COE.
Main assignments will include:
• As the Microsoft ERP COE finance D365FO senior consultant, on O2C area
• Develops a solid knowledge of the existing O2C systems and business processes
• Works with Business Process Owners to understand the business drivers and strategy
• Facilitates customer engagement at the appropriate levels throughout the life of the ERP PRG/Projects
• Offers guidance to the team during design, development, and testing phases
• Understands our clients’ use of the product to deliver detailed communication and presentations on the value of various features
• Contributes to core requirements analysis/design, needs assessments and cost benefit analysis
• Ensures, through an advisory role, that the solution is optimized, compliant, and aligned with Microsoft's best practices, while ensuring the delivery of a consistent core model, compatible with the core model versions already developed and delivered Participates to the O2C core build projects ‘design workshops to ensure core design guidelines are followed, standard usage of the solution is maximized Provide the Finance product owner with your validation on O2C FDDs Perform sanity checks on the core instance of the core model before delivering it to the project team
• Perform sanity checks and tests on the Microsoft updates related to the finance area on the core instance and deliver tests results
Profile
• 5 years' higher education in the studies and engineering field OR a minimum of 10 years in project management and successful systems implementation.

• ERP Consulting Experience on Finance is a must, with real deep knowledge of the 02C processes, as well as a experience on P2P, EPM and R2R processes Serve as an SME on the product and area he oversees: SoDynamiX /D365FO FO solution on the finance area
• Solution design and evaluation capabilities
• Technical (functional level involvement capability)
• Usage of Azure DevOps, LCS
• Able to manage Data migration activity (functional Side)
