VP - Special Situation - Investment Banking
• This is a pure origination/ relationship management role with product focus being debt restructuring, Negotiation settlements, recapitalization etc.
• Incumbent must have proven abilities of managing promoter level relationships with clients across Mid and Large corporate segments
• Ideal candidate can currently in coverage / origination roles with large pvt sector banks, Big4s, Special Sits Advisory firms, Rating Agencies etc.
• Experience in understanding and decoding financial statements & company ledgers is a must have.Special Situation Advisory:
• It is a pure fee-based business and advisory service designed to help stressed entities, does NOT involve lending.
• The incumbent should have a flair for acquisition and hunting
• Should independently be able to originate business, be a self-starter and open door for new opportunities (ref:iimjobs.com)
