We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our pan-India alliance for Bancassurance, driving business growth and revenue through effective relationship management and strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
• Manage assigned Bancassurance partner relationships to achieve business objectives by aligning internal and external teams across the bank.
• E nsure team retention, talent management, cost efficiencies, revenue, and profitability within legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive channel strategy implementation and delivery of business targets for Banca relationships, maximizing market share and brand penetration.
• Effectively manage channels and relationships with key verticals within the bank to improve penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue through Bancassurance partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and drive results.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Bancassurance partners and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in Banca, preferably in life insurance.
• Proven experience in handling regional or pan-India alliances for Bancassurance.
• Successful track record of team management and leadership.
• Experience working with banca channel strategy and relationship management.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
