Process Overview
Global Resource Management (GRM) team governs and manages IT contingent labor vendors, formulates GTO contingent labor strategy and partners with CIO function for its execution.
GRM Reporting & Analytics is the horizontal function responsible for providing data, analytical support to the broader GRM organization based on prescribed routines and support strategic initiatives and change projects impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes.
Job Description
The individual will be part of the GBS COO team. This team largely deals with reporting & analytics for GBS employees & for Technology & Operations vendors. The individual will play key role in Stakeholder management, Data analytics, drawing actionable insights from data and contributing to workforce strategy and other related initiatives.
Responsibilities
High level requirements of the role but not limited to below
• Define and/or decode a problem statement, find insights by using relevant multiple data sources. Convey key messages to senior leadership of the Bank via executive ready presentations
• Deep dive into the data, analyze trends, outliers, metrics & measures for reporting on scheduled deliverables or feed into various initiatives
• Relationship management and problem-solving abilities required to interact with senior stakeholders internal and external to the Bank.
• Acumen on industry trends and best practices pertaining to IT/ITES services, services providers & overall workforce management.
• Working knowledge of Technology and Operations team skills, requirements, terminology, and operating models
Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Exp range: 15 years +
Foundational Skills
• Strong expertise on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Prior experience on data analytics - Bringing in a unified view of the data to be analyzed from different data sources.
• Ability to storyboard a problem statement/challenge/solution
• Strong problem solving & stakeholder manament skills
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across business, technology & operations teams
Desired Skills
• Domain knowledge on global delivery, contract labor and financial services
• Exposure/experience on Tableau or other visualization tools
