We are seeking a visionary Vice Principal cum 21st Century Education & Learning Strategist to lead our NEP 2020 implementation journey and drive 360° student development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and mentor teachers in NEP 2020 implementation — competency-based learning, multilingualism, and experiential pedagogy.
• Support holistic student development across arts, sports, life skills, leadership, ethics, and well-being.
• Conduct teacher training workshops, classroom demonstrations, and mentorship sessions.
• Advise school leadership on curriculum alignment, assessment strategies, and co-curricular integration.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reflective teaching among faculty.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Retired Principals of KVs/ Navodayas, Senior School Leaders, or Professional Education Consultants with 20+ years in school education.
• Experience implementing NEP-2020 or equivalent education reforms strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in teacher training, modern pedagogies, and holistic student development.
• Strong command of 21st-century skills: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site for the full engagement period. The candidate should be willing to relocate and live close to the school.
• Honorarium and engagement terms open to discussion; flexibility for exceptional candidates.
