We are seeking a high-caliber academic leader to take complete ownership of the school’s academic excellence. This is not an administrative role — it is a pure academic leadership mandate focused on raising standards, mentoring teachers, and building a performance-driven learning culture.
This role is suited only for individuals with a strong academic track record, scientific mindset, and demonstrated ability to elevate outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive academic excellence across all grades and subjects
Continuously raise the bar for student performance, outcomes, and discipline
Audit, review, and improve teaching quality through structured classroom observations
Design and implement teacher training programs with measurable impact
Build a data-driven academic system (assessments, feedback loops, performance tracking)
Establish a high-performance culture for both teachers and students
Mentor teachers to improve pedagogy, accountability, and ownership
Introduce career awareness and real-world exposure for students (including business, finance, and emerging fields)
Ensure alignment with CBSE standards while going significantly beyond baseline requirements
Candidate Profile (Strict Requirements)
Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience at TGT/PGT level
Prior experience in a Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator / Academic Head role
Demonstrated success in improving academic results and teacher performance
Strong analytical and scientific mindset — must be comfortable with data, structure, and systems
Proven ability to lead, train, and hold teachers accountable
High ownership, discipline, and execution capability
Strong communication skills with authority and clarity

Candidates seeking administrative or low-engagement roles
Individuals without measurable academic impact in previous roles
Profiles lacking leadership experience in managing teachers
Those not willing to be hands-on in classrooms and teacher development
