Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal at Akal Academy Baru Sahib, residential school in Himachal Pradesh. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, implementing educational policies, supporting teachers and staff, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. They will also collaborate with the Principal to drive school improvement initiatives and foster a culture of academic excellence.
Qualifications
• Educational Leadership, Administration, and Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices
• Experience in student discipline and behavior management
• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role at an educational institution
